The 2011 Provincial AGM was held Saturday, November 5 in the Floral Hall, VanDusen Botanical Gardens, Vancouver. The Provincial Council encouraged all members and students to attend and participate. A Meet & Greet coffee and goodies reception was held from 10-11 am, in advance of the 11 am meeting start.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to a lack of response in purchasing, Tickets for the Catered Lunch and afternoon Guest Speaker and Workshop have been Cancelled. Refunds will be issued to those who had purchased.
The Business Meeting included Annual Reports, presentation of the Nomination Slate for 2012 Provincial Council, Bylaw changes, demonstration of the new mgabc.org Website and GROWING feature. There was also time provided for a General Discussions for the Future of MGABC and the role of Master Gardeners.
